Have you noticed that I do things differently?

There’s a reason for that!

Simply put, I have to in order to get where I want to go!

It starts with my haircuts. I call them “All Natural” because I want you to have as effortless styling as possible so you can rock your cool-girl look without as much work. As well as doing it without excess ingredients.

Overtime, I have heard from my favorite clients that they don’t really care what the bottle looks like, they just want high quality ingredients that are low tox, non-toxic, humane, sustainable, &/or (potentially) ethically sourced. So I listened!

You’ll hear me say this again & again,

“I want to help you enhance & embrace what you have naturally”

This means with a look that shows off your personality without trying too hard, techniques that work with your hair’s natural state instead of working against it, & some of the most “natural” products as possible while still getting what we need out of them to support your style needs.

Starting with WASHING YOUR HAIR:

NEW WASH by Hairstory- I love it! I started my journey with it in 2020 and haven’t looked back. It’s a beautiful compliment to the way I cut hair and the styles I like to work with. It helps give you day 2 hair on day one without being heavy. It doesn’t strip or dry the scalp or hair out. So no tight feeling after use. No greasy roots. It cleans from root to tip and leaves the hair feeling soft without having to use a shampoo or conditioner.

To style my favorite looks I use:

Hairstory:

Hair balm- can be used for many types of hair textures. Especially dry, coarse, wavy, curly, kinky hair. Great for air-drying, blowouts, diffusing. I also like this to help show off textured bits on dry hair.

Undressed- Sea Salt Spray with out the SALT! It doesn’t dry out your hair but gives it the bulk, the texture, potentially even the grit you are looking for. It lives it’s best life with a lil’ heat from the blow-dryer! Hello! Volume at the roots and texture at the lengths.

Lift- When used in the correct amount & with a blow-dryer, it can give beautiful lift to your diffused style, plump limp strands, and give shine to fine curls! You’ll know when you find your sweet spot bc it gives a pretty sweet result!

Oil- oober lightweight great for chemically treated strands that lack luster. As well as any hair that could use a lil shine, taming, slip, and softer results.

Powder- This is LIFE! Bring back your limp hair from the dead. Use as a dry shampoo. It’s translucent. Perfect for soaking up sweat and oils while they are being produced to reduced the amount of wash days in your future. Beef up braids and ponytails, add a lil to give EXTRA HOLD. Tease a section and lock it in with a lil puff.

Innersense:

I Create Hold- Lock out humidity. Lock in your waves, curls, and kinks. Keep it in your shower to apply on soaking wet hair before exiting to style. Let it dry 1000% then break that cast and enjoy your texture for dayzzz!!

I Create Volume- the perfect foam to enhance body and volume especially at the roots. Hit it with heat for the mostest!! lol

Tonik- That lil black bottle is EVERYTHING! Of course it’s, refillable. It’s a light detangler. But you’ll love the tingles it gives you and the healthy scalp it promotes even more!
