  • When booking a Dimensional Bundle appointment, your color will be the priority. If time does not allow for an Upgrade, such as a Haircut Refresh. You will be offered to book a Haircut as a future visit. That Haircut will be priced at the single service Haircut price, not the Dimensional Bundle Upgrade price.

Every salon does things a bit different, here’s what you can expect from a Destination Color Service:

  • A consultation will be performed at a prior haircut or styling appointment. With guidance on booking, haircare, what to expect, estimate, liability waiver, & of course a plan based on your desires for your hair & professional recommendations based on the current state of the hair.

  • All color services include your first bowl of color & initial product for your customized inclusions. After that, there will be additional application fees that will be estimated at the consultation.

  • You will never be promised an outcome but you can feel at ease knowing that your stylist will never try to achieve something that they are not skilled at. The idea & philosophy is to always under promise & over deliver!

 

When booking return color visits,

You will be guided through the rebooking process at your color service appointment. This guidance is based on the hair journey you agree on together.

If you have decided on a transformation or great change by your next visit please reach out in the Contact Page. Send a message sharing what you would like to do, including:

  • Photo of you front, back, & side in natural sunlight (no selfies, no indoor lighting, hair must be all down).

  • Inspiration photos

  • Your current maintenance routine

  • Share if you have had any chemical / color services with another professional or at-home chemical/ color since your last appointment together

  • Any other information you believe is important to share about your hair goals

    This will give enough information to showcase what you are trying to achieve. You can expect a response to guide you on how to book your appointment, or you will be asked to book a virtual or in person color consultation before moving forward.

  • What if something happens where I am not happy with a result or the hair needs to be adjusted?

A color consultation is important for this reason. Sometimes hair can be unpredictable due to changes in the body for a multitude of reasons or there is technical mistake. In the rare case this happens, you will be taken care of as soon as possible. If something can be taken care of while on site, that will absolutely happen. If it is something that needs to be rescheduled, your stylist will give options in their schedule. You deserve to have the expected value of your service. While services are non-refundable, your stylist will work with you to find a happy result. It is the responsibility of the client to reach out to the stylist via email or Contact Page, within 5 days of their last appointment, to share any concerns with results of their service. Once the client contacts the stylist with concerns, the stylist will give a specific time frame & offer a plan to schedule a visit.

  • Will I be guided on how to properly care for my hair?

ABSOLUTELY! You will be given a visual plan & an understanding of what to book for your next visit. Every service will include education, check-ins, & recommended Clean Beauty for your haircare routine.
